VMMP

Valiquette, Martin, Montmarquet, Poissant & Associates is a firm of expert consultants offering a range of services in the field of real estate appraisal.

The firm was established in the mid-1980s. Its founder, Mr. Ronald Valiquette, Eng., A.E., passed the torch in the early 2000s to the next generation, Messrs. Michel Montmarquet and François Poissant, certified appraisers with nearly twenty years of practice each.

The VMMP team includes nearly thirty qualified people, among them about twenty experienced appraisers, six of whom are certified appraisers.

We work on a regular basis for some of the most important players in Quebec’s real estate scene, appraising a large number of properties of all kinds: residential, commercial, industrial and institutional.

We act in these files for the main financial institutions operating in Quebec as well as for various public and private real estate investors.

Over the years, we have evolved to meet our clients’ changing needs. Some things have not changed, however: the honesty, rigour and professionalism found in every file we complete, and the energy, interest and pleasure we take in doing it for you.
